Now, you can join the new McClure Fitness 4-week Challenge and achieve your weight loss goals in just a month! Like the 12-week Challenge, this Challenge is also designed for anyone, anywhere, so you can participate no matter where you are or what your skill level.

But don’t entertain the idea of this Challenge being easier than the original. Less time means more intensity (be prepared to get over those excuses and suck it up!).

Once you’ve claimed your spot in the 4-week Challenge & your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a dietician-approved nutrition plan and access to our private accountability group. We’ll help you stay motivated and on track throughout the challenge so that you can achieve your weight loss goals.

YES! We will have all our workouts online and want you to start working out five times a week too… even if that means you just do 10-15 minutes a day the first couple of weeks. THAT IS OKAY! Four weeks in, you will be going 30, 40, 50 minutes! We are all about PROGRESS, not perfection.

Our goal is for you to lose approximately 10 pounds in just a month IF you follow the meal and workout plan to a T.
