Frequently Asked Questions
All you need is a mat and towel to participate! If you don’t already have one, we have mats available to rent.
The heat will be on if the class says “Hot Yoga” and can get to 95°. Otherwise the temperature will be around 70°-75° if the class says “Yoga”.
